Why make Battle Lake Alliance your church home?
There are as many answers as there are people to ask.
"Church" means different things to different people. So we asked just a few of our members why they choose to belong and participate in our church family. Here are their answers...
- We were drawn to Battle Lake Alliance. We've been coming up here for probably, 25 years and over the years, we've gone to different churches, looked at different churches, but keep coming back to Battle Lake Alliance, mainly because of people. We found, just a very pure spirit, with that congregation. people there love the Lord and the Lord is the center of the church, and it doesn't take much to feel that right away. And it's not something that you need to shop for all sorts of programs or all these other things. But, I think primarily what we need as Christians, is a fellowship with other Christians, And the Lord needs to be center and a fellowship that centered on the love of God, and the love of Jesus Christ.
- The thing for me about Battle Lake Alliance Church is the people, the friendships, and just the great people that we've gotten to know there. We looked at a lot of different churches in the area, and visited a lot of places, but kept coming back to Battle Lake Alliance, because of the really solid biblical teaching there and Bible studies and dinners with people and conversations, and that's what I love about the church
