Pastor Richard Wurmbrand spent 14 years in prison because of his outspoken Christian witness and faith in Christ. Three of those years were spent in solitary confinement. His wife, Sabina, was imprisoned for three years, including months in a labor camp on the Danube Canal. She was told that her husband had died in prison. Through it all, neither of them gave up hope or wavered in faith.
