Awana Updates 10/5/16

WELL DONE! Last week was a record breaking week for us!

51 clubbers & 14 friends for a total of 65 KIDS! We had a fun and exciting night! As parents, you played a huge role in inviting children and families, and it was successful! Thank you!

With a growing club, we are tightening up our safety precautions a bit. The safety of your children/our clubbers is extremely important.

 Here’s how you can help:

  1. Please make sure your child registers each week. If your child has invited a friend, they will also need to fill out a one night registration form.

  2. Pick up your child inside the building. We will be keeping the clubbers inside unless we have been told the child is walking home. If for some reason it does not work for you to come into the building, please let us know and we will have a staff member walk the child outside. Please keep in mind this is not to inconvenience you, but you keep your child/children safe and accounted for.

-Cubbies and staff children can be picked up in the Fellowship Hall

-Sparks & T&T will be in the sanctuary for pick up.

I understand the end of night can be a little wild and we are attempting to streamline :) I appreciate your patience as we fine tune this schedule!
